Value of Money.

Loving the discussion that's been flowing from this LO$T series.  If you're new to the blog, check out last weeks post here.  Yes, you can still comment on previous post and have it count towards this weeks resource drawing.

Speaking of this week... Andy challenged us to start viewing our money the way God does; As a Tool, Test & Trademark.  Please view the video clip below and then comment on the following question: How can you use the money and stuff that God has given you as tools to make an eternal impact in someone else's life?

The clip is good in the fact that he could realize what he can do with things but I think you cannot drive yourself crazy saying what if. You have to do what you can when you can as you are prompted by the Holy Spirit. Over thinking and over complicating things can be bad too as our small group learned this past week with the Go Fish series Part 5 Muddy Waters. It was about John 3:16 and how simple it is what God did for us but we have overcomplicated it over the years. God LOVED, God GAVE, we BELIEVE, we RECEIVE. Something like that if I screwed it up correct it in your post. PEACE

We lost a dear friend to cancer two days ago. He was only 50. In the middle of our sharp grief and disbelief that this unique person is not going to be here anymore, I keep thinking about how powerfully God used him during his brief life, and how many people will be in heaven because they met Jesus through him. You can use money to chase stuff, but stuff comes and goes. Let's use our money to chase souls.
